Ople Policy Center, which is led by former Labor Undersecretary Susan “Toots” Ople, produced this video which aims to warn existing and soon-to-be OFWs about the dangers of dealing with Illegal Recruiters. The video has some examples of our countrymen who were taken advantage of, abused, and abandoned.
