This year I wanted to buy a domain name that is very important to me. Guess what?! It was being sold to me for USD7,000.

@Elevic: I have a friend who treats domains like real estate. He buys premium domains, builds traffic, and then sells it later on.

If you are into Internet Marketing, buying your own domain is no longer an option. It’s a must. The free platforms could only get you so far, or at least they are useful in helping you drive traffic.

Anyway, having your own domain is like having your own real estate in the Internet. You cultivate it, earn from it, if not sell it.
