Google recently announced their latest product: Google TV. It’s basically an entertainment/media device which will allow you to watch recorded videos, online videos (youtube, etc.), and current channels. You can also surf on basic sites. This product reminds me a lot of Smart Bro Surf TV and the Apple TV product. Anyway, here’s the online promotional video for Google TV.

I have been enjoying “Google TV” the last 2 months with my computer hooked up to my 46 inches Plasma using my wireless keyboard and mouse as my remote. Kylo.com is the browser I use. I canceled my DirectTV because of this so i save a $40 bill but as courtesy not to cancel their service they extended my service for 90 days for free. So i am still using directTV at no cost and have my “Google TV” for free.
