When the new iPod Nano was initially announced by Steve Jobs I wasn’t really impressed. So they made it smaller and multi-touch. Nothing groundbreaking. However when he mentioned that one of the board members in Apple wanted to make it into a wristwatch I suddenly found myself wanting one. I mean this is every techie’s dream gadget! A sleek and cool watch that can also be a video/photo/audio player!
A company called IloveHandles made the idea into reality by launching a wristwatch strap customized to hold the new iPod Nano. The “Rock Band” iPod Nano strap costs $19.95. It’s a leather strap with a space for the iPod Nano and you just clip the iPod into it. My only concern with this is how secure the iPod will be in the strap. I can’t imagine it surviving a rush hour trip using the MRT or the LRT. Someone will probably snatch it from you, lol.
Anyway, I hope to get the new iPod Nano when it becomes available in the Philippines. If ever I’ll turn it into a wristwatch though I’ll probably use stronger means of attachment like Mighty Bond, haha!

That is getting a bit more subjective, however I much favor the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colourful, has more flair, and a few cool options like ‘Mixview’ that allow you to shortly see related albums, songs, or other customers related to what you are listening to. Clicking on a type of will heart on that item, and one other set of “neighbors” will.come into view, permitting you to navigate around exploring by related artists, songs, or users. Speaking of customers, the Zune “Social” can also be great enjoyable, letting you discover others with shared tastes and b.coming friends with them. You then can hearken to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your mates are listening to, which can be enjoyable. Those involved with privacy will probably be relieved to know you’ll be able to stop the public from seeing your private listening habits when you so choose.
