Social Media, Shams, & the Create Abundance Business Community

During my usual “Facebooking” nights, I got an invitation from a fan profile page from Go Negosyo. Since I was an avid supporter of the program, I decided to be fan. However, it looks like some group is using other intellectual properties without their permission so that they can spam users into going to their website. I find this in bad taste and I couldn’t resist writing about it. The person spamming is Martin De Leon and the group he belongs to is called the “Create Abundance Business Community”. I’d like to take this opportunity to voice out my concern with their social media marketing strategy.

Basically their business is selling slots to board game sessions of Robert Kiyosaki’s Cash Flow. To play you have to pay P400. There’s nothing wrong with the board game. In fact, I learned a lot from it when one of my friends had me play it for free. What’s pissing me off is that the Facebook campaign that they’re using to promote it is nothing but a sham. They come up with fan profiles that use the IP of popular groups like Go Negosyo and even Ako Mismo. They use official images from these groups and promote it as if it were really a fan club for the said initiatives. Why is it a scam?

Because after you join all they do is spam your inbox with invitations to the Cash Flow game.

One of the most important things you have to keep in mind when you do social media marketing is that you should always be transparent, sincere, and REAL. You are asking permission from users to be able to communicate with them and by violating that trust, you are ruining your personal and business brands.

I’ve already removed myself from the fan list of their groups. Suggest you do the same.

To Martin De Leon and the Create Abundance Business Community, please stop masquerading and using someone else’s IP. Eventually you can probably get sued.

yeah… taking action of what you have read.. by misleading them with robert kiyosaki’s teachings? offering them your “secret system”, even if they are earning that much from other networking company, you still have to drop it and join pharmanex. Why cant you just teach the rest of the redundant modules for the people who are earning good with their own company? btw, your there to teach them how to invest in stocks, real states, passive income and others. your name should be, creating abundance from people 2020. haha.

nice page papi and jeff.. thanks for sharing

alam ko na sasabihin nila nyan, “John T. Reed did not pass the wealth course.. blah blah blah”

Has any of you here attended the Landmark Forum?

    It’s held in AIM..pretty expensive but cool-stuff.

(I’m sure most Risk Averse people will search for that seminar)

    Two sides of spam:
    BAD:
1- often used for contact phishing
    2- criminals use for fraud
3- it often floods the mailbox with not-so important stuff

    GOOD:
1- cost-effective (sender) way of advertising
2- it utilizes net info superhighway
3- it’s a better version of fax broadcasting (which you’ll need an equipment) or giving out flyers (which is a waste of ink and paper and requires a lot of effort)

Thank you Ople, for the post. I acknowledge you for sharing your thoughts.

I’ve joined their online community and it seems that NU Skin is just a vehicle that they use. More over, they do realty, franchising, royalty and other asset-building practices. So I guess they also listen to John Reed’s teachings minus his negative comments against Kiyosaki. I am a fan of Trump and one reason why I listen to Kiyosaki is because they wrote a book together, knowing that Trump has little time for educating. I admire Kiyosaki in a way that he indeed has inspired a lot of people to choose being wealthy. Going back to the topic, SPAM for me being good or bad, is just an opinion. If I am a receiver, I wouldn’t want spam. But if I’m eager enough to reach out and invite somebody to an event (halimbawa, my birthday) I will intentionally flood you inbox so you’ll notice me. Nonetheless, if you dont want something, what do you do with it?
Will you choose to just block it? (you can actually block Spam using your favorite email host)
Or create a buzz about it? (you’re recreating the conversation using word-of-mouth; another form of advertising :) )

As for CA guys here, I know they will take this all your negative comments as constructive crit,. I’ve never seen a group of people who would acknowledge possible failures and take responsibility over them. And after taking the 1st 3 modules, I could say that this group will REALLY grow as huge tycoons soon. I believe that we need new sets of eyes and ears to see and hear the good things despite the packaging.:)

  10. Neo says:

Normally our opinions are affected by our emotions (ie, irritated with so much spam to start with). I personally took a day-off from work to attend their free gatherings and it’s worth it.:)

Despite the spam, why don’t you choose to learn what you might possibly learn and see for yourself Ople. Attend a free course! I’d gladly treat you coffee and a slice of cake while you listen in one of their abundant conversations.:)

I’m on my way to attend the 4th module (it’s for those who aspire to be part of the team, was I hypnotized? no, I chose to do this simply because whatever the outcome will be, I know that I have learned something. That was my intention, nothing else;)

WoW! parang mas dumami ang STRONG Members ng website at ng community because of this blog. And to see highly educated people taking the courses and becoming part of the coreteam? That really is huge growth.

We now have lawyers. They shoud’ve sued us if there was something illegal going on. Doctors that could’ve diagnosed mental problems with the coaches. Accountants who could’ve audited if there was something wrong with our system, hinihintay ko nlang na my magtake ng course na taga BIR. :D

I don’t think CA2020 just fooled these people or that these people are too dumb to believe in scams.

These people seeked for themselves. Why don’t you try it yourself since it’s free?

By the way, watchout for an article or ad in Entrepreneur magazine! ;)

    • Not all doctors and lawyers (or other professionals) can think straight especially when greed takes over prudence. How many supposedly “brilliant” people did Bernie Madoff fool?

You can have the president, and all senators and congressmen as members of CA2020 but that will not change anything. CA2020 will still be a SCAM, operating without any registration from the SEC, DTI, BIR and the local government. Soliciting thousands in investments from the public without proper authority. Using a pyramid scheme to lure more people.

There are only two types of people who will fall for CA2020: Greedy and Foolish.

  12. Agnes says:

    Greetings

I’m a Filipina base in Southern California, now back in the Philippines for my long vacation.Early this year I encourage my younger brother to attend CA2020’s Cashflow 101 gathering. He did enrolled himself and went thru some courses you guys offer.

He was offered a position of a business coach, but in exchange he have to allocate an amount of P100,000. It’s not really clear what the business coach is explaining what the money is for, first it’s for charity then for investment or where the money is going and the returns. That’s where he got alarmed and emailed me. I ask him to email me the proposal or the documents before giving the money. Which CA2020 doesn’t provide. I felt something is not right. I work for Bank of America here in California, a document has to be part of any transaction involving money. I’m not sure about the law here in the Philippines. Since I been away for almost 20 years. I make it a point to investigate this.

I ask him to find out who’s in charge of this operation? The business or wealth coach’s name? What I found out that CA2020 is not registered in any local government agency for people to allocate money to them, at least have a contract.
Second the name Rovel Tomambo was given to me as the said owner of CA2020. I wasn’t surprise when I found out that he has a criminal case of stafa in 2007. and a military personell. You can just type his name in google and find out. You can even see his mug shots there.

Through 14 years of banking experience here in California. I have seen cases of fraud and stafa. Study show that ciminals always repeat the same crime. They are highly skilled in packaging themselves to get your money. Greed makes people fall for their scam.
I heard that CA2020 is so proud of the 140plus Business or Wealth Coach they have crated. Now if each of the so called business or wealth coaches have to allocate P100,000 to be certified. That’s a whapping P14,000,000 tax free money for the grand master. I guess that’s not enough to pay for his bail. Stafa case has an expensive bail.

I’m just glad my brother was able to see it before he got victimized by CA2020. and by the way to all viewers here this is not the only way to get rich. You rather follow someone with good track record rather than a criminal record.

Yap, it’s not hypnotize, it’s reconditioning yout mind. That’s what your course discription say.

  13. Wealth Coach says:

First of all agnes you and your brother belongs belongs to the mind of an employee and self-employee. That’s why your comment is so invalid. Here in CA2020 we condition peoples mind to the Business and investor quadrant. That’s why you know nothing about investment. Except to make you boss happy and rich.

Second, you don’t have any proof regarding your accusation. If you will be kind enough to give us a document or proof.

Third, we are supported by DOJ (in case you don’t know what’s DOJ) that’s the Department of Justice here in the Philippines. That’s why we have DOJ Prosecutor as part of our team and soon to be one of the hundreds of certified business coaches in the Philippines. That will help 1000 filipinos to become millionaires by 2020. We are supported by a lot of known establishment and government agency on our mission. That includes Entrepreneur Magazine who is a big supporter.

If your willing to save yourself from embarassment. I suggest you join us for a few courses and see for yourself. I can even ask DOJ prosecutor to give you free course on the Laws of the Philippines. because you been a loyal employee for too long. That’s why you think that way. Also be careful what you say against us you don’t want to be sued by the highest court in the Philippines.

  14. Wealth Coach says:

What is your brothers name and when did he attend our courses? Seems like a lot of misunderstanding there. We never offer anything to anyone they are the one who offer themselves to us. They are the one who come to us for help and wisdom. I hope you get that right. What is your full name agnes. I’m sure your not a coward like many people here.

I really salut you Mr. ople for giving us more challenge that can make us better. I guest loser are loser, no matter how much you want to help them. They prefer to be losers for the rest of their lives. That’s why there are only few winners in this world, losers become their stepping stone to become winner. More and more people starts believing us, because of our integrity and commitment to see through our mission. Agnes, ople and the rest of the losers here. Your guys are nothing. Compared to the credentials and people in CA2020. We only think positive things for the benefit of our country. Unlike losers like you, who only think for themselves. Your website becomes popular because of us. But for those smart people they know the truth. and you can’t hide the truth.

    • What credentials are you talking about? Most CA2020 coaches are just full of hot air. What are Rovel Tomambo’s credentials exactly beside having more than a handful of pending cases? Name some of your members and mention their credentials so we’ll see. You call yourself a wealth coach, what are your credentials? And why hide your name?!

  15. Wealth Coach says:

I’m on the truth’s side. unlike losers here.

  16. Neo says:

@ Agnes…that’s really funny. I’ve got one thing to tell you:

You should’ve read further before stating something you saw in google. It’s like you actually believed in Aliens or Lochness Monster or that coke could kill…just because you read it in google…hahaha yeah…very wise reader ;)

    • Neo, before you mock others do your assignment as well. I’ve talked to the lawyer of one of those who sued Rovel for defrauding them. Why not check with the courts to see if these cases are real instead of disrespecting others. That’s very typical of CA2020 fanatics.

And before you comment any further, identify yourself. Don’t hide behind a single name. Don’t be afraid to be “googled!”

  17. TIM says:

    -Agnes

thank you for sharing, i have attended their cashflow gathering and was gearing myself for the wealth course they offer.

i’m planning to invite 5 of my friends for november 29, in makati, i did sense something fishy about CA. hindi ko lang mapinpoint saan. buti nalang agnes you post this. para walang maloko sa mga friend ko. nakakahiya na. (I hope you read tagalog) i did check sa google

no wonder they’re offering successive courses to recondition your mind for their money making plan.

i have confirm with my classmate who have gone to several of their courses.

he said it will lure you to Nuskin’s MLM and ask you to allocate money nga! 25K per week is the amount in exchange you have to sell nukin product! YUK kadiri kayo! and the title of certified business coach. what you have to pay for i don’t think it’s worth that much i can even call myself Business Coach right now without paying you guys.

scam nga daw ito mga coaches has been brainwash. and using kiyosaki’ cashflow as a front for there hidden agendas.at hindi nga registered sa government.

it’s hard to make money sa nuskin.i know a lot of people who fail. i think it’s easier to become millionaire getting cash for people who wants to be a member of CA….

good luck sa so called business venture nyong stafa with nuskin.

    “walang manloloko, kung walang magpapaloko.”

parang kayo mga coaches tuloy ang victim sa stafa! proud pa kayo! hahahhahha

    once again agnes thank you!

    TIM

    • Hi. Tim.

There’s also a term in psychology called “cognitive dissonance” that may apply to some coaches of CA2020. Ito yung alam naman nila na mali yung nagawa nilang decision na sumali pero they will still try to justify within themselves na hindi & will do everything to defend their decision. For the rest of the coaches who are willfully fooling others, it’s plain and simple GREED!

  18. Greg says:

I heard that the mastermind have more than one stafa case. That’s why I notice that most of the CA coaches are really young people. A lot of them are even student. They are easy target for the con-man. My friend and I had an arguement with one of their so called expert in stock market when we attended the wealth course. Later we found out he had NEVER, EVER INVESTED in stock market his whole life. But comment like an expert. They think they know it all by just reading kiyosaki books. I don’t think so! They like to quote kiyosaki, buffet and other investor. But really they don’t have any experience in what they were saying and teaching. They’re just trying to impress us and sell themselves that they are Robert Kiyosaki’s group here in the Philippines. I don’t even believe that. I don’t think Robert is that stupid. I really felt sorry for them. Exposing themselve while the mastermind, hide and just collect the revenue.

    “Reconditioning” is the right word!

They will keep selling you the next course, but you have to recruit people for Cahsflow to qualify. Two courses is not enough to recondition your mind for their investment.

You are a very brave person agnes, but be careful they will try to hunt you down and give wise crack comment here. I seen it happen in a number of forums and egroup when people try to expose them. I wrote this to let you know that you’re not alone here. Thanks agnes for this post. Take care and God bless.

So, sa mga readers, it’s really up to you.

      • eric says:

  20. Hi Everybody, I read this post and I read most of your comments. Last month I was just part of CA2020’s online community and now I am now part of the core team. The difference between me and most of the people who judged the community is that I tried it out despite of all the things people say about them. I see the value in it and I hope everyone else does. BTW I read this blog before I joined the core team. I left a comment last October as proof. Yes this is my real name and yes my picture is in the website. I would like to commend the people who gave their thoughts about the community without hiding their identity.

@Carlo Ople – I still read your blogs even though I disagree with this post I still think there is a opportunity for us to spend coffee together and discuss CA2020’s vision and mission. Whenever I visit my sister in Ayala we hang out in front of Krispy Kreme over cigarettes and I believe I have seen you more than once walking right in front of us. I’ll definitely introduce myself the next time I see you or your look a like. :) Well, hopefully it is you because it would be quite challenging for me to introduce myself to a very tall person. :) CA2020 facilitates wealth courses in Kaya Paseo Center from 3PM to 9PM which is 5 minutes away from the Ninoy Statue in Ayala. I personally would like to invite you to attend the wealth course in order for you to have a more comprehensive overview about the community. You have my e-mail address feel free to send me an e-mail if you have more questions. :)

@CA2020 Community – If someone posts an attack or an insensible comment let us not let our emotions overwhelm us. We have a mission and adding fuel to the fire will not fix this. I would like to commend the CA members who reasoned out in the most professional manner and for those who lost their composure take this opportunity to learn how to handle cases like this.

@Everyone reading this post. We are still inviting people to know us before judging us. Please visit our website: CA2020.ning.net to see how the community really works.

    Thanks,
    Joseph Crisostomo

    • you_r_scary says:

oh my god that was like so scary. are you some kind of fucked up stalker?

    • Great that you gave your full name Joseph. Can you please answer this nagging question, which has been at the core of discussions on why many people consider CA2020 as a scam:

Why is CA2020 not registed with the SEC, DTI, BIR and the local government?

You are collecting money from the public (P400 for cash flow games & thousands for investments) but you don’t have the legal authority to do so. Do you issue official receipts? If you do, what company name appears on the receipt? Obviously, it can’t be CA2020 because it’s not registered.

I’m sure you can answer this simple question without inviting me to your “free” courses. And please don’t tell me that you are not earning from the P400 because you’re not the first coach to say so. The food you serve in your Cashflow games only costs about P150. I know, I’ve talked to the restaurant manager.

We bought a land in Puerto princesa 5 yrs ago, until now he cannot produce a title. We already paid him cash , but we do not know if we have a land. My uncle went to Puerto princesa to visit the land, to his amazed the previous owner of the land did not welcome my uncle and that he will cont to manage the land until he will meet us. Our concern is we paid Mr. Tomambo cash and he promised that he will deliver to us the title, until now we have not received anything. We learned our mistake and we did not recommended him at all to our friends here in the US.

i’m glad i stumbled upon your blogspot carlo. i almost signed up for CA2020 because of their inspiring posts on linkedin. i dig inspiring stuff when they are apt to inspire in the right way. i’m not telling people to completely toss ‘em out but to think if it’s really the kind of life they want to live by. you are right about being transparent because that was actually also why i was hesitating to join – i felt like i really didn’t know what i was getting into. they would ask for my personal info if i signed up but what would i get in return? The net really is an open sea of information. this is where i also got info on how to handle HSBC’s disrespectful “maniningil agencies” :) BTW, im now following you on twitter. best of luck!

  27. I’ve been attending the cash flow gatherings for a couple of months with CA2020. I also attended the Wealth Course 1 and 2, and I can say that people in CA2020 are very friendly and hospitable. They are kind to people and they have good intentions to make the country 1st world in the year 2020.

I am a reader of Mr. Robert Kiyosaki’s books and an avid fan. They have been great help to me since I started investing. Create Abundance is one of those organizations that help Filipinos to learn financial literacy and that is a very noble thing to do nowadays. I’m not part of CA2020 and I decided not to be part of the team because of a number of reasons. These reasons are my personal idea and I do not represent any one. My first reason is that I do not agree with the idea of “Power Investing” because it limits people to grow. People should do what ever venture it is that they want in order to win. Although the “Power Investing” strategy is very good, I tend to disagree with some of the points. To give you a back ground of “Power Investing” that CA2020 implements, let me give you the levels of investing that they do. The first level is the Innovative Franchising which is an MLM scheme. Its purpose is to create at least 500k passive income from the business and from there, the person can now go to the second level which is the Real Estate Investing. Real Estate investing is where people will have to create more income for them to reach the third and final level which is the paper asset investment wherein a person only invests in this kind of investment if he has excess money from both (business and real-estate). The levels of investment are not wrong but I totally disagree with it because it limits a person to do what he really wants. An example is if a person likes to invest in the stock market and he had been studying the market for roughly 2 years and then decides to join CA2020. He will then be limited because he needs to get into the 1st and 2nd levels of the “Power Investing”. What if he fails to get the MLM working and fails to get at least 500k? He won’t be able to begin his desired investment because of the levels of investing that the organizations require him. Secondly is that they sometimes say bad things (Indirectly) to other organizations and companies that give people the impression that they think they are the only group in the Philippines that teaches the correct method on how to become financially free. I just think that bad mouthing other Financial Literacy Groups is rude. Third and lastly, is that mentors should be experienced and successful enough to guide students which I have doubts CA2020 has. But I do believe that they do have some successful people in the core team but it’s not sufficient to answer questions that people have. To make my point clear I would give you an example. I’ve been investing in the stock market and mutual funds of sometime now and I still don’t see people inside the community that actually invest like successful stock investors like George Soros, Michael Milken etc. I’m looking for competent people that can I can share my thoughts with regard to strategies and investment methods but somewhat I don’t see anyone investing in the market in their group. I’ve heard that some one inside the core team is a Realtor selling luxury Islands but as far as I know, that is not real estate investing. Real Estate Investing is doing everything from foreclosures, rental properties, wholesaling, build and sell and a lot more. I still don’t see people inside the core team that are experts when it comes to investing in business, real estate and paper assets.

This reasons that I have are my personal reasons why I don’t like to join CA2020 but I still like them despite all that reasons. They are rare in this time when everything has a price. They give our free wealth courses and they teach for free and I fully support what they do. With regard to the spam they do in Facebook, Friendster and email, I think spamming is not bad but impersonating and using proprietary properties without permission of the owner is not right (Legally and Ethically). I think CA2020 will learn more with this blog on how to market and make sure that they also do it legally and ethically.

I attended their courses previously. Yung 1st, 2nd and 4th module. Yung 3rd, hindi na natuloy. Kasi they were asking for a list of 100 people and their contact details. I asked them what’s the list for. They couldn’t give me a straight answer. He said it a condescending tone and implied na libre lang yung ginawa and yung list is sort of kabayaran for the seminar. Tapos, i asked one of those people who were attending the courses like me, tungkol saan yung business, sabi niya sa NUskin daw. Pero never na namention yung nuskin at all during the courses. Para talagang may scam na part. Tapos 40,000 hinihingi nila at that time. Hindi ko alam kung para saan. Anyway, they are VIOLATING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.

I also don’t like there ways para maging core team member. And also they cant give direct answers when ask.

  31. Been a member for a year now, but i haven’t attended any of their gatherings in makati stock exchange since they require me to pay 400, that much could buy me rat race comic book, and besides… you know what they say “if you need to pay for something that’s free, it must be a scam”

good thing for this blog plus the people who made comments, you save me 400 pesos.

and by the way i’ve met REAL Rich People!
they dont wear formal suits, tie and coat or going to cozy places, they just wear pajamas, go to banks in rag-like shirts and shorts, and doesn’t take mumbo-jumbo wealth courses.

for those who searches their own financial path, seek your mentor that has been there already. these mentors could even give you free advise and a treat. the best things in life are free.

  33. secret says:

what I don’t like about the community is how they “enourage” the new people. parang may pagka-condescending sila and they make you feel incompetent kapag hindi mo tinapos yung wealth course nila.

  34. Mike says:

Thank you for this post Mr. Carlo Ople at least people can know the truth about Create Abundance or CA2020.

I guess Nuskin is really desperate, because of their low sales and lots of people quitting. Went to this desperate move hiring a Con-man name Rovel Tomambo to help bring Nuskin back.

Brainwashing young people to invest P100K with them. I found this quote in the earlier comment by Harold Javier of Create Abundance Core Team:
“Guess what? Napahiya na po sila sa NuSkin. Why would NuSkin believe such idiots who can’t even put their real name in their complaints? Why would NuSkin believe accusers over a group that generates a huge Monthly Group Sales Volume for the company?”

Shame on you Nuskin as a company for using this method of marketing. Specially targeting or should I say victimizing young people by partnering with a criminal to be your company’s leader and creating huge volume for your company. That’s worst than a scam company it’s unethical and morally wrong I guess you guys don’t care anyway that’s why you need to shame people who went to complain.

to Michelle Marie Sy of Create Abundance SCAM. Please lang stop using Bible quotes and God as you promote your scam business. Using famous author and organization without permission is already unethical and misleading. Using God’s name or Bible quotes that’s too much na. There’s nothing Godly in what you guys are doing. Our pastor’s kumare was scam by Rovel Tomambo before with fake documents in a raw land deal.
You kick me out of your Facebook “Rich Dad’s Business School” account for posting the truth about Create Abundance. It’s true though that “like attracts like” Your just a big fat lier just like Rovel Tomambo your mentor.

To Warren Rafal stop pretending to be rich and smart… because your not, your just a lier and pretender like Rovel.

Why the concern? I attended your wealth course before I stop after course 2 because I was required to pay P40K. They cannot even explain why, I refused and thank you for calling me a loser for being smart not to be scammed… I introduce my friend to your course, he went all the way to become a core team, by following what you guys calls it the Robert Kiyosaki’s way of leverage. By borrowing P100k from other people as a fee for Nuskin Membership and the Wealth Coach title. And they have to work hard to pay it back to the people he borrowed from… it really doesn’t make sense to me (I guess because I’m smart unlike CA wealth coach who fall easily for scams) You guys even told my friends to stay away from me because dream stealer daw ako.

We don’t talk anymore for almost 1 years na…and guess what guys? the money he gave to you and nuskin was money he borrowed from other people. But right now his mom is paying for all the utang by borrowing money again, and making it hulugan. I believe he’s no longer active with you guys. Thanks to Create Abundance he’s always avoiding people now with lots of money problem. I just can’t believe that Nuskin and Rovel Tomambo is enjoying that money while her mom is working 2 jobs just to pay it off.
What’s killing me inside is I was the one who introduce Create Abundance to him. Now his family is in a huge debt because of Nuskin and Create Abundance Scam.

Both Nuskin and Create Abundance SHAME ON YOU!!!!! I Guess scam is now legal!!

thank you everybody, for your warnings, indeed it has increased my awareness.

i have decided to give CA a chance. i have interacted with their members, and I believe they are credible.

if they scam me, you will hear from me again after 1 month.

if i do not post another comment, it is because of either of two reasons:
    1) they have killed me because they are seasoned criminals, or
    2) i am very satisfied with learning their lessons that i have already forgotten about your blog

  39. Wealth Coach says:

Well well well…. nice to see you again mr. tabanag after napahiya ka sa ibang forum ng coaches namin.
Your accusation about us and Rovel. Seems like you made it up yourself. I realize that the reason you keep on throwing bad things to us and chasing us because you are using us as a leverage for popularity.
The truth is we’re more popular than you, and since you have a hard time selling your finance book, you need to be some sort of a hero to be popular. Not a very smart move because people can tell the truth. Of course we need to protect ourselves by telling the truth.

Can you answer this question? If Rovel is as you say who he is, why in the world would he have a vision to help our country become rich? And give his time to mentor others for free… go to our website you can read all of our post for free…. in your case alvin you charge for your seminar and people have to buy your book…
Wasn’t Jesus Christ accused and considered a criminal then persecuted, but was totally innocent. Was Nelson Mandela also accused and was inprison, but totally innocent. Later this two people inspire others about freedom. Let me post Rovel’s comment to all the clowns out there and all the false accusation this is a copy of his blog to clear up everything:
    =========================================

    “A thing called envy

I like to post a blog about envy. This thing called envy caused a lot of pain to successful people and budding entrepreneurs. I want to share my experience as a entrepreneur and business owner for more than ten years.

Because of envious people who i trusted before wanted to destroy my traditional real estate businesses and take over my exclusive real estate market share.

Here is the top ten things my envious enemies did to me:

    1. They conspired to kick me out of my own corporation.
    2. They wrote negative and slanderous blogs about me. So that when my real estate clients search my name in google to conduct their due diligence automatically my credibility is destroyed. Well, I still get real estate clients and these are smart and really wealthy ones because they do not easily believe in blogs and other people opinion.
    3. They filed two criminal cases. One pre-trial, one ongoing trial.
    4. They filed three civil cases. Two dismissed, one ongoing.
    5. They filed one administrative case. Filed an appeal to higher board.
    6. They send smear campaign emails and blasted it to our Real Estate Professional Organizations and former companies which I was employed.
    7. They send smear campaign emails and blasted it to our former schools and universities, and all our family and relatives who are online.
    8. They send smear campaign emails and blasted it to our former social organizations, including those members of the CA2020 Core Team.
    9. They send death threats and kidnapping my children threats to all my business numbers and email addresses so that I can stop using them and depriving from incoming business inquiries.
    10. They paid a newspaper ads to post my warrant of arrest (because they send the subpoenas not to my true address). And they texted me to give them 500k for them not to post the ads.

They do it using code names and anonymous letters. In a democratic country you can file cases to anyone. Just what they did to me.

I still trust our justice system and wait for the outcome of the court decision and the ultimate truth shall come out.

I realized that as a very young entrepreneur (i became a multi-millionaire at the age of 26) i do not have discernment on who to trust or how to determine if the person is trustworthy. I really learned my lessons on trust in a very expensive and very stressful way.

I am willing to spend millions of pesos more to continue learning how it is to be falsely accused by actually being accused. So that the members of this online business community especially the core team I can properly mentored and support in their business endeavors by giving them true to life actual advise, coaching and mentorship when it comes to legal battles and legal problems prevention.

If you are going to choose a mentor, which one would you choose? The one of with less disaster in life or the one with more disaster in life?

Nevertheless I keep moving forward. Our country has bigger problems than what happened to me.”
    ========================================
I’m sure you haven’t read this before…alvin you need to do more research. What you have posted just made us laugh. Reminder we have Attorney in our group and we are protected and supported by a multi-billion, public listed company base in the US. I know your fear ” no one listens to your advice or buy your books…. because your advice is so outdated na.

Credibility? Since you have no idea on how powerful our wealth course is… completing our courses is equivalent to ten years of business experience…meaning you choose whether you want to go though all the hussle of ten years in traditional business or just attend the wealth course. it’s called fast track in learning. that’s why after an individual completes the course they can call themselves coaches. Is that illegal? our lawyer says it’s legal.

alvin looks like you have so much time in your hand chasing after us. Make yourself useful naman!

      @Wealth Coach,

      (lol at ANON)

If those programs are really powerful, show us proof. Kung wala, it just shows that ganun kababa ang standard ng org nyo in stating someone who’s unsuccessful as a so called “coach”. Prove to everyone that you’re not just full of hot air.

BTW, this is about YOUR accomplishments. Understand that well.

  40. I do agree with Mr/Miss “Mahilig Sa Tagalog” with what he said about having a choice. I decided not to join CA2020 because I am not fit in the investment plan that they have. I have my own Financial Plan Set out for the next 40 years of my life and joining them won’t really make my plans work. I invest in my own traditional businesses, Stock Portfolio (both long and short positions that I learned from playing with CA2020), Bonds, I also own 4 positive gearing real estate, Network Marketing (which my wife joined 6 months ago), a little precious metals such as gold and palladium and Insurances. I did all of it with in 1 and a half year without CA2020 and if it does work for me it will also work for you. There are other groups out there that are very helpful like think rich pinoy and the truly Rich Club. This clubs have produced more than 400 solid millionaires and I know a few of those. Again be smart and I suggest that you create your own wealth with your own team that you can work with comfortably. Unfortunately CA2020 did not fit for me but it does for other people. Try their wealth course (which I did) and see if you can fit in or if they can fin in for you. It’s your choice that counts. As for those members of CA2020 aka core team members or coaches that talk too much, It’s better to show people what you’ve got in your life. Let your life be an example. If you brag about being rich then prove it through your life as a rich man. I am not saying that these people are not credible but in some ways they just talk too much but can’t even show any of their achievements in business and investments. Show that the CA2020 lives up to their core identity of making the Philippines First world in 2020 by showing other what you’ve achieved. Again achievements are always louder (usually being listened to by people) than talking. Be an example and let these procrastinators and justifyiers or whatever see that you live up to your words. For those people that procrastinate and negatively talk and write about CA2020, try their wealth courses, it’s actually fun and a very good learning experience. I also recommend the cashflow game because I learned a lot from it. The choice you make will actually determine you as a person.
