August is a very busy month for events and activities. The first one that I’m involved in organizing is the Blas F. Ople Policy Center’s Presidential Usapang OFW Forum. Confirmed speakers are: Senator Chiz Escudero, Senator Mar Roxas, Pampanga Governor Panlilio, Senator Loren Legarda and MMDA Chairman Bayani Fernando. It will be held in ABS-CBN Studio 1, 4-6PM, August 1, 2009. It can be heard and watched live on Teleradyo DZMM. It will also be streamed online by our online media partner, Netvision. I won’t be part of the program here but I’m involved in the production so you’ll probably see me running around the place making sure that the event is running smoothly.
If you want to be there live, please do let me know since we only have limited seating. We plan on reserving seats for bloggers so that you can cover the event live and online as well.
