After months of preparation, the first Internet & Social Media Marketing Program by Catalyst Interactive Marketing Inc. is done. The fully booked class was held last July 9, 2010, at the Oakwood Hotel in Ortigas (btw they have really good food). To the participants, thank you for the awesome feedback! Rest assured we will continue to fine tune the program for future batches.
The program format was a bit different from your usual seminar or class system. We had a chief lecturer (me) who would basically teach all the modules in the program. Believe me when I say that it’s not easy talking for almost 5 hours, haha! Anyway, we also had some guest speakers/resource persons who are subject matter experts in their respective fields that shared insights and case studies. The following modules were discussed:

The class make up for the first batch was very interesting. There were professionals from various industries and fields. We had people who were part of the recent 2010 campaign, SME’s, Foundations/NGO’s, agencies, and multinationals.
We actually did some overtime. The class was scheduled to finish at 5:30 PM but we ended the day at around 6:30 PM.
Anyway, thank you again to all the participants! Note that the presentation materials will all be emailed to you by Tuesday afternoon. Please remember to submit your marketing plan within 2 weeks so we can give comments and feedback.
