Manny “The Pacman” Pacquiao made his debut a few days ago on the popular social networking site, Twitter. You can now follow him @mannypacquiao. The account is actually verified by Twitter which means this is probably the Pacman himself! As of this writing his has 6,000 followers and rapidly growing by the hour. So far he only has 1 tweet which was made on Feb 20, 2011 saying:
Kamusta kayo “hi everyone”
He even has subtitles! LOL. This is probably because he has an international audience.

The next few days will tell if Pacman is actually serious on Twitter or if this is just something he will update like once a quarter or something. Regardless let me just say: Welcome to the Twitterverse Congressman!
