Havoc Digital Media is one of the largest digital marketing firms in the country. They’re currently hiring Account Managers, Web Designers, and Web Developers. The people running this company are actually good friends of mine and I’ve had countless coffee sessions with their President, Mike Palacios. Account Manager
(National Capital Reg – Makati City)

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain client-relationship management
Present to prospective clients
Coordinate with the creative department in conceptualizing and executing campaigns
Be responsible for monitoring campaigns and submitting reports to clients
Conduct market research and continue to stay on top of digital trends
Be responsible to grow the business towards set revenue targets
Requirements:

At least 2 years experience in sales and account management
Have excellent oral and written skills
Be confident, highly-organized and details-oriented
Have the ability to take initiative and handle different projects in a fast-paced environment
Be internet-savvy and familiar with digital marketing trends
Must be able to meet deadlines and sales quotas

Web Designer
(National Capital Reg – Makati City)

Requirements:

Must have good knowledge of Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, HTML and Flash Animation and Actionscript.
PHP knowledge is a plus
Can work fast with minimal supervision
Must be willing to work long hours
Must have sample work or portfolio
Experience is preferred but not required. Fresh grads are welcome to apply

Web Developer
(National Capital Reg – Makati City)

Requirements:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any other IT related degree
Must be knowledgeable in programming using Javascript, PHP, AJAX, SQL, and AS2
Must be able to start projects on their own and meet deadlines and production schedules
Must be hardworking, independent, disciplined, and can work under pressure with minimal supervision
Must be willing to work in Makati area
