Karapatan naman talaga ni Hayden na patulan ang iba’t-ibang babae at kunan ang video. Ang pagkakamali niya, nilabag niya ang karapatan ng iba ng kumuha siya ng video pero walang paalam, at iyung ibang babae, may BF.

Nevertheless, bigyan din nga ng chance dahil hindi naman talaga siya ang nagpakalat ng videos eh.

Our country need doctors. Hayden should undergo more rehab. I think the main reason why he did those indecent acts was because of ecstasy. Sayang naman kung mabulok lang siya sa ospital dahil hindi naman siya ang main culprit. Maraming wild ngayong tao at gumagawa din ng ganoon pero walang nagiging problema kasi hindi sila populat at walang magpakaabala para problemahin pa sila. Dapat parusahan na lang siya to do charitable works para sa mahihirap. Example for 5 years he should be treating poor sick people. Let,s say 50% of his ordinary working time should be devoted to charities. Maraming mahihirap di magamot kulang sa doctor mahal ang bayad pa doon mapapakinabangan pa siya. Kaya lang dapat siyang obserbahan kung talagang matino na at bigyan din ng government securites dahil talagang delikado kalagayan niya. Kaya talagang biktima rin siya dito. Sana maging aral ito sa lahat. Kapag nasa iyo na lahat popular, good looking, intelligent, has a very loving rich girlfriend (his very lucky sana) ingatan ito super ingat dapat, everything will be lost in an instant dahil lang sa hindi pag-iingat. Parang siya ang gumawa ng ebidensya sa sarili niyang kamalian. Kung naging maingat lang siya. Hindi rin dapat lahat ng babaeng maganda ay bobolahin niya at gagawan pa ng video. Napakasakit nito kapag serious ang gusto ng babae at niluluko lang niya. Siguro ito ang kabayaran sa panbibiktima niya sa mga babae na na obsessed sa kanya. Sabagay madaling ma obsessed sa katulad niya lalo kung di alam ang kalukuhan niya.

They are all victims. The main culprit is the one who posted the videos at the website. Based on the statement of both parties, I think they committed bad actions against each other. Hayden film Katrina’s private acts in the camera without her knowledge. Katrina, according to Hayden gave him his first taste of the drug ecstasy. If Hayden was telling the truth, most of the films according to him was done while he was having ecstasy. For this reason, Hayden lost so many goods things in his life at present. For Katrina she felt terribly bad because it was really a shame to be in that situation. So, in my opinion both had their shares in that very bad event on their lives.

if Katrina wants tis issue to end, dapat manahimik na siya. Medical malpractice ba yung sex act nila at nagpapagamot ba siya nang nakunan ng video? Bakit revocation of medical license? Pagkatapos mo bang makaganti, masaya ka na ba, (question to nag-paupload ng video )? Hindi lang si Hayden at Katrina ang sinira mo, pati yung iba pang nasama sa video. Dapat naisip mo na ang paghihiganti ay sa iyo din babalik.

Pinapalaki lang talaga nila yung isyu para may maibalita…kawawa naman si Hayden at ang mga iba pang babae, biktima din naman silang lahat…lahat naman tayo may baho at may wild side, yun nga lang, nagkamali si Hayden na gawan pa niya ng video. Eto naman si Katrina, binababoy daw siya…. sa video niya, mukha ba siyang binababoy? Saka ang dllim at malabo ang mga video ano? Nakikisawsaw pa ang mga Senate, pakialam nila dyan. Bakit di nila habulin ang mga mamamatay tao, drug pushers, druglords, gambling lords at bigyan ng hanap buhay ang mga walang trabaho. Puro kayong mga palpak, kayang kaya niyo lang ang taong alam ninyo na di lalaban dahil sa kahihiyang nagawa niya. Ang pulitika sa Pinas, isang malaking circus. Eto pa si Lolit Solis, putak nang putak at di naman credible mga pinagsasabi.

I agree with you 100% JC that it’s good to see social media being used by both sides in this issue.

On the senator issue, a thought just came to mind. The mere fact that the senate would pour their resources, energy, and efforts to an issue like this goes to show na medyo mababaw lang talaga sila. They find more substance in sex scandals than focusing on more important legislative work.

We have the swine flu, the near-economic recession, bad quality of hospitals, low quality of books, and a host of other problems that need to be addressed which will actually make the country better.

I agree with most of what was said above (OP and the comments posted).

But that aside, could this be a (good) sign that our country is finally embracing “Web 2.0″ in general, especially New Social Media? Personally, I think so, we starting to see two sides of the story online – by the supporters, by the people.

I’m with you on your comment. I guess the Hayden Kho scandals are being used by SOME politicians just to show and say to the Philippines “hey! I’m doing something good! I’m doing something for you!” In other words, “hey people! Vote me in the 2010 election! I’m your savior!”

The 2010 election is on its way. I won’t be surprised to see some politicians doing such merely worthless actions just to be publicized. My ears already hurt because of hearing news about that video scandal.

A while ago, i heard that the number of victims of a(h1n1) virus in the Philippines rose again. Isn’t that enough for the senators to be alarmed?

Tingin ko…wala naman sakit si Hayden Kho sa pag-iisip kahit sabihin pa na kumukuha siya ng video habang nakikipag-sex siya sa mga babae.

Sa opinyon ko…kaya siya kumukuha ng mga sex video ay dahil gusto niyang gawing parang “trophy” yon…para may bragging rights siya sa mga ka-frat niya pag pinakita niya yon.

Tanong ko lang…pag gumamit ka ba ng ecstasy ay tatagal ka ba sa sex ng mahigit 20min???

Hi Carlo! I guess, this is their way of showing the people that they do indeed work in the Senate. Which for me, is a comedy show.

As for the blog, there are some things, such as reputation, that can’t easily be redeemed by a blog. Truly, there are other more human ways to do it. Maybe Hayden should be the one writing and talking to people.

All I can say is “WTF, Senators” get off the case already. There are more important things to do.
