Read a tweet from Sarah Meier announcing that Gamestop, a tech store with branches in Park Square and Trinoma, is selling 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB iPad units already. I gave them a quick call this afternoon and asked about the prices. They’re selling the 16GB model at 33k, 32GB at 39k, and 64GB at 45k. They don’t have any accessories yet like cases or sleeves and they also don’t have 3G models. If you don’t mind the price, then you can go there and buy already. Contact numbers of Gamestop are 8943486 and 9167002. Note that these prices are still expensive seeing as the original price of the 16GB iPad is $499 or 21,956 pesos. Even if you add shipping and tax it should go past 30,000 pesos.

Dude, please post more iPad related news especially concerning apps and Pinoy iPad experience.
It would also be nice if you could also make a guide for first time Apple users for the iPad especially on how to get media (videos, photos and audio) into the iPad from a PC.
Thanks!
Hey Patrick,
Sure! However I can’t write about the PC since I don’t own one (Mac fanboy here, haha).
Hi, I just called Game Stop Trinoma a minute ago to inquire about the prices. Here’s what I got:
16GB is 37K and 32GB is 43K.
Grabe naman ang difference in less than 3 days.
Whoa! Seriously? That’s insane.
