Philippines is falling so far behind other countries in the region, it is quite pathetic. S. Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia and even Vietnam is leaving us in the dust! No answer here only an observation. The only answer would be to let the US take over the country and turn it around, adopt English as the official language, and revise the school systems to be competitive, and purge all the corrupt politicians from their positions.
