can i ask for proper escalation of my concern? i purchase blackberry bold 9700 onyx last September 22 2010 at Cebu however while on my way to Ormoc of same date , i took out my mobile from my pocket when i am about to take a picture i noticed that the LCD was dark, so i went back to the store sept 24, but my complaint to change for another unit was rejected, i wanted to complain directly to blackberry , can you helped me?kindly8 email me

I believe all phones have problems with the batt!!! You can just purchase a class A for emergency or for you to just have a spare one.
