Rumors are going around about a Nokia 70% Holiday Rush Sale. Yep, it’s confirmed and it’s going to happen on December 4, 2010! After the C6 sale debacle I hope Nokia has learned their lesson and they will have better logistics and mechanics for this promotion. Anyway, from what I’ve gathered customers that fall in line will only be given 1 stub and they can only get 1 unit each. No reservations and they will only accept cash or straight credit card payments.
How low are the prices? Here’s a list of the latest Nokia phones on sale.

- Nokia 1616 – Php 990
- Nokia C3 – Php 4,990
- Nokia 5230 – Php 4,990

Talk about dirt cheap phones! P890? Whoa.
Anyway, to those who are planning on availing this promo I’ll give you guys one excellent tip. Go to the Nokia store at the Podium, 5th floor. Nobody really goes to the Podium that much so the line there won’t be as long as SM Mega Mall.

It depends on the mall. I think the one in Podium closes at 9?
I was just there in SM Megamall and got a phone for my grandma and bought a regular unit too since the price difference of the unit on sale was around Php 200.
Generally, I would say that it was better than the C6 SALE since now they were able to define it well in their print material. They even gave free candy in the staging area.haha.
Although I think the long line made an impression that they were closed to non-SALE customers. Before I entered, the manager just announced that the demo shouldn’t be allowed for the SALE customers.
